Welcome to The Fix Designs. Please review these policies before completing your purchase. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

 

PAYMENT:

I accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. Payment is due within 7 days of placing your order.

 

SHIPPING:

I will combine shipping to save you money if you are purchasing multiple items. Most items are shipped within one week of completed payment. 

All items will be shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Tracking information for your package will be e-mailed to you.  Insurance is optional.  The buyer will be responsible for uninsured packages.

All items are packaged in a gift box and ready to wrap.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Please contact me immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. I appreciate the opportunity to resolve any problems. For a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), simply return the item to The Fix Designs in its original condition within 14 days.

 

WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT:

I welcome wholesale orders. I will also consider consignment. Please contact me with any requests.
